Accessible Parking is located near the main entrance to the Amphitheatre. A pre-issued parking pass is not required as long as you have a state issued handicap license tag or an ADA hang tag placard visible to the police and parking attendants.
Accessible Seating is available at the top of the hill on a paved area with a railing as well as in the reserved seating pavilion area. An ADA restroom is also available near the main gate.
Animals are not allowed in the venue with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities.
ATMs are located just inside the gates at the top of the hill, near the ticket office.
The Heritage Park Amphitheatre Box Office is open for ticket purchases on the day of a show only. It is located at the entrance to the amphitheatre at 861 SE Main Street in Simpsonville.
Cameras without a detachable lens, digital and disposable cameras are permitted at the Amphitheatre unless otherwise noted for a specific event.
Canceled or Postponed Events
In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately posted on our Facebook and Twitter pages. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase only. Customers that purchased their tickets through ticketmaster.com or over the phone should be refunded automatically within a week of canceling the event. Customers who purchased their tickets through the Box Office must return to the Box Office with their tickets and the original method of payment to receive a refund. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored on the new event date.
Children under 2
Children under 2 are allowed in with a paid adult ticket and can sit on a lap in the reserved seats or on the lawn. Everyone 2+ must have a ticket to enter the Amphitheatre. Check specific event pages and/or ticketmaster.com for any noted changes to this policy.
Coolers & Picnic Baskets
Coolers & Picnic Baskets are not allowed inside the venue.
Credit Card Entry
Credit Card Entry (formerly known as paperless ticketing) is an alternative delivery method to Mail, UPS, Will Call or In-Store Pick Up. Instead of receiving your tickets ahead of the event, the credit card used to make the purchase will serve as your ticket. All you need to attend the show is the credit card you used to purchase the ticket and a valid, government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license, state ID or passport). If you buy a ticket for someone else, you will need to be present at the gate to let them in with your credit card that you used to purchase the tickets.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Area
The Drop-Off & Pick-Up Area is located inside Heritage Park near the main entrance. A parking staff member will direct you.
The use of electronic cigarettes is only permitted in designated smoking areas in each plaza and the back of the lawn on the gravel walkway. Using electronic cigarettes is not allowed in the seating areas or on the lawn.

The First Aid Station is located at the top of the hill. If you need immediate assistance, please notify an usher, security or employee to call Emergency Medical Services personnel.
Heritage Park Amphitheatre staff members are trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. In the event of an emergency, please follow the direction of Heritage Park Amphitheatre staff for your safety and the safety of others.

Gates generally open 60-90 minutes before events begin. Please check the event information page for your event specifics.
Representatives will be available at the Guest Services booths (located at top of the hill, near main entrance) and stationed throughout the venue if you need assistance or have concerns during your visit.

Lawn Chairs & Blankets
*To be determined on a show by show basis*. Please check the event page one week prior to your event for the decision. If allowed for your event, lawn chairs and/or blankets are permitted for lawn ticket holders only. Chairs cannot be chaise-style but should be beach-style or standard folding chairs at no more than 9″ off the ground with no high backs.
Lawn Tickets are general admission for the lawn area which is open air and not covered.
Lost and Found
All lost and found inquiries should be directed to Guest Services. After an event, guests may call (864) 296-6601 to inquire about lost items. After 30 days, all unclaimed lost and found items will be given to charity.
Please seek the assistance of venue personnel if your child is lost during an event. If you encounter a lost child, please take the child to Guest Services.
Heritage Park Amphitheatre is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please contact the original point of purchase for details.
Media access to the venue is accessible through the employee entrance. All media personnel should arrange ahead of time through our Marketing department for access and should have appropriate credentials. For more information, please email us.
Overnight Parking is not recommended. Vehicles parked overnight are left at owner’s risk and may be subject to towing.

Public Transportation does not service the venue.
For the safety of our patrons, there is a “No Re-entry Policy” during events. Guests who have a personal emergency and need to leave and re-enter, should contact a Guest Services representative for assistance.
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased.
An event ticket will not be recognized, honored, or received for admission if purchased from a source other than the Charter Spectrum Amphitheatre at Heritage Park Box Office, ticketmaster.com, or its authorized outlets. There will be no refunds and no exchanges. Tickets obtained from sources other than any ticketmaster.com outlet may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and in such cases will not be honored. To be safe please only order your tickets from the Heritage Park Amphitheatre Box Office or ticketmaster.com. Re-selling of tickets by private parties is prohibited on the Amphitheatre property and is subject to confiscation and arrest.

Restrooms are located stage left as well as portable restrooms at the top of the lawn.
All persons entering the venue are subject to a search for the safety of all guests.
We are a handicap accessible venue. Accessible seating is available at the top of the hill on a paved area with a railing as well as in the reserved seating pavilion area. The handicap restroom is also available near the main gate.
The venue capacity is 14,000.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas in each plaza and the back of the lawn on the gravel walkway. Smoking is not allowed in the seating areas or on the lawn. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes.
Strollers may need to be checked and held at a Guest Services booth during an event unless they can be stored under a seat or in a location that does not block the aisles, stairs or other common areas.
Tailgating is generally permitted. However, open alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the parking lots. Due to risk of fire, open flame fires and charcoal grills are also prohibited. Small gas-controlled grills are allowed.
Taxi Service pick up and drop off is available at the main entrance or you may visit Guest Services for assistance.
We encourage all guests to purchase tickets through ticketmaster.com or directly from our venue to avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or invalid tickets. The Heritage Park Amphitheatre Box Office is open on the day of a show only.
Umbrellas are not allowed in the venue. You may bring a rain coat or poncho but umbrellas are not permitted.
All events are rain or shine. Check the website or social media on the day of the event for severe weather conditions that may change show time. In the event of severe weather conditions (thunder, lightning, etc.) before gates open, fans should follow direction from the event staff. If you are instructed to go to your vehicles, please go there and remain until the storm passes and event staff gives the all clear to come back to the gates. If severe weather occurs after a show has started, announcements will be made from the stage concerning the status of the event. Again, please follow the direction of all event staff.
Ticketmaster.com Will Call tickets will be available 2 hours prior to show time on event days, generally at the Main Box Office. Please bring a picture ID, the actual credit card used to order the tickets and your order number.
